Saint Joseph's College

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Maine Fungi Fest will be held at Saint Joseph's College - Standish, ME, located only fifteen minutes out of Portland and situated on the shoreline of Sebago Lake.​

Parking

Both day and overnight event parking is FREE this year at the 2025 Maine Fungi Fest.

Look for signage and/or parking attendances on site.

Camping

Camp sights will be located on a grassy field behind the school's recreation center. Camping includes convenient 24 hour access to: 

​

- Locker rooms

- Showers

- Sauna

- Restrooms

 

We consider this to be "Quiet Camping"

 

No alcohol, drugs, fires, animals or weapons of any kind will be permitted on site.  

​

You are responsible for providing your own tent and all trash is carry in carry out.

 

Any violation will result in immediate revocation of both camping and event privileges. 

​

Campsite Cost $65 + tax /per night

Camping may be added to your total ticket purchase at checkout

Dorm Rooms

Each dorm room floor has shared bathrooms facilities.

​

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees need to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc.

​

Check in time - 3pm-6pm (Friday) Location TBD

                          11am-2pm (Saturday) Location TBD.

​

Check out time - Noon (on the next day following the overnight) 

​

PLEASE NOTE: Legal responsibility for damages, etc will be held by whomever makes payment on the room. Please respect the rooms and the other occupants of the dorms and camping area.

On Campus Meal Options

All on-site meals take place at Pearson’s Cafe, (Mercy Hall) 

Meals are buffet style, with a variety of options including: vegetarian/gluten free/vegan.

BREAKFAST     7-8:30am         $12

Directions

SJC is on Sebago Lake in Standish, Maine, three miles from the center of North Windham and 15 miles northwest of Portland.

​

From the South


Take Exit 48 Portland/Westbrook off the Maine Turnpike. Bear right at the toll booth (following signs to North Windham) and proceed 1.5 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Rt. 302 west for 11 miles to North Windham. BE CAREFUL at the rotary to stay on Rt. 302 (2nd exit or half way through the rotary.) See instructions below from North Windham. From the North


Take Exit 63-Gray off the Maine Turnpike (95) and turn left onto Rts. 202 and 115 (west). After four miles, be sure to bear right at the "T" intersection and proceed into North Windham center. Route 115 ends at the Rt. 302 intersection. See instructions below from North Windham.

From North Windham


In North Windham on Rt 302, continue north past the shops, restaurants, cinemas and Windham Mall. After passing Wendy's on your right and Applebee's on your left, turn left at the next set of lights onto Whites Bridge Road. The campus is 2.8 miles on the right. On campus, take the second left. the Admissions Office is in Saint George Hall, which is the second building on the right.

From New Hampshire or Vermont Visitors traveling from the west can enter Maine on Rts. 302, 25, or 202. Route 25 connects with Rt. 35 in Standish; Rt. 202 connects with Rt. 302 at the Windham rotary (see from the south); and Rt. 302 proceeds directly to No. Windham (see from No. Windham).
