Syd Harvey Griffith is a community organizer and co-founder of Permatours, a nonprofit that creates hands-on permaculture action experiences to support personal growth, community resilience, and ecological regeneration. Their events help weave a network of mutual aid and wisdom-sharing throughout the Northeast and beyond.

She also serves as Executive Director of Kinship Earth, a foundation that practices Flow Funding—resourcing grassroots leaders through unrestricted grants—while also advancing bioregionalism, a movement centering place-based solutions and community-led decision-making.

Sydney creates spaces that invite people to share their gifts in service to self, each other, and Mother Earth. Her workshop, Singing for the Earth, invites participants into the practice of collective singing as a form of connection, resistance, and reverence.
